Welcome to a Take 5 post where we interview travellers on their amazing adventures.   Scooters are so often associated with terrorizing the streets of Italian cities or south east Asia, but Ilario has broken free and has taken flight to the Americas on an unforgettable trip.

1) Air, Sea, Road, Trail or Rail? and why?

why not? I m doing what I always dreamt! and for me it s easier doing  this than stay in my borning daily life…so, why not?

2) Your biggest surprise on your travels?

it s a surprise day by day… the biggest? diffucult question… I can say the places I liked very much: alaska and south west Usa… (nevada, arizona, canyons, gorgeous landascapes!)…but maybe the biggest surprise I m undesting, it s why people doesn t realize own dreams…why?! I cannot undestand.

3) Where are the special places you have stayed and the one that disapointed?

I didn t like Honduras… I had a lot of problems at the border…and when I crossed it, in just 150km of honduras, I was stopped 5times by the corrupted police… policeman wanted just money .

and I had a not beautiful experience in the little boat between Panama and Colombia… an hurracane it s not a big thing on a litte boat in the middle of Caraibben ocean;)

4) What’s on your travel wish list?

Now for me it s very important to arrive to patagonia, Tierra del Fuego… I d like to ‘connect’ deadhorse to Uhuaia with my litteVespa…but anyway, there are a lot of places I want to visit before and after, expecially Peru and Ecuador

5) One tip to take from your experiences?

Don t let your dreams dreams (even if you think are crazy dreams!!you are crazyer if you don t do them)… and travel travel travel a lot!!always! it s the best ay to know about this magic wonderful, gorgeous world (it s so different from the world you can see at TV)
